I'm thinking on doing an experiment and would like to enlist people in the greater Boston area to help.
The idea is to make 5, maybe 10, 1 gallon batches of the same brew, and pitch each batch differently, from grossly under pitching to grossly over pitching.
This would have to be done a few times, each with a different yeast, but always the same brew.
Volunteers come in at the end of each batch for a taste test, and we'll see what happens.
Who's game for it?
