God d@mn I love Great Lakes Brewery. Just tried their Oktoberfest and my god it's good. I've had a lot of their other beers and they are all fantastic. The Oktoberfest had a great grainy malty taste, does anyone know what malts they use?

Oh...and...Go Giants!
 
The problem is, I don't have the equipment to lager. But if I could make an ale that is similar, I'd be great
 
I don't lager either. I used US-05 and it turned out just fine. Go for it and you'll have a very tasty beverage!

Thanks man! I'm gonna give it a shot sometime. What are the times on the hop additions? I think that is missing from the recipe above
