Just calculated an efficiency of 74.42%!!

6.06 gallons pre-boil, 1.049 pre-boil gravity. Fantastic.

Managed to boil off just a little too much there :( Looks like about 3.5 gallons at 1.72 OG!!! I'm thinking I'm gonna wanna top off some, yes?

And may I ask what type of beer that was? Another porter or something? Definately looked dark from those pics! Nice pictoral of a great brewday!
 
Was supposed to be a dunkelweizen... Came out a lot darker than I expected. Maybe a little less chocolate wheat next time.

EDIT: Now I'm calling it a weizenbock.
 
I see you sanitized your wort chiller in starsan. Why don't you just put in your brew pot about 15 minutes before the end of the boil?
