So I have seen a lot of questions and inquiries into grapefruit and I just need a good honest opinion.
I brewed yesterday, a Chinook IPA, nothing too fancy and its in the primary. My thought is to split it up when I rack to secondary into 1gal. batches but here is where I think to add some grapefruit.
I have the rind of a whole grapefruit, pith removed as well, and about 1/2 Cup of the juice, finely strained and some Chinook hop pellets.
Has there been any side affects from rinds vs juice? Should I have added these to the primary? What's a good amount to add? Anyone have a thought?

Thanks in advance J-Rock
