Folks, I bought six of these type plastic canisters today, for $1 each at a popular dollar store here in Indiana (assume they are national) called DOLLAR TREE. They are a gallon size, which means you can hold about 5-6lb or more of most grain. I find this size perfect for my adjunct grains like Chocolate which you might use 5lbs in an entire year.. I am heading back for 6-more- I keep about 12-adjunct grains on hand since my LHBS is about 30-miles away.
I am still going to search for the perfect storage container for my 2-row and Marris Otter.. might just be a cheapo 5-gallon bucket and lid.
