So I hear a lot about grain oxidation after its been ground. I have a bag I had fine ground on Saturday, will it last till this next weekend without adverse effects? How long does grain milled for BIAB last? I have to grind it at the lhbs as I do not have a mill.

It should be fine, just seal it up as best you can. Whenever I was in your boat I used to put my grain in a trash bag, tie it, then put that in a bucket. I never had any problems at all. Also, keep it cool and out of the sun. Think about how long grains in beer kits sit on the shelves and they still turn out fine. Just take as good care of it as you can.

Its in a clear bag from the grainstore twisted down and twist-tied, and then in a paper bag. I should be good then. Its 4lb 2 row and 1lb corn which I use as my base instead of a SMASH while I figure out how different hops taste.
