Grain/malt tasting in Central Virginia

A couple months ago, I did a wort tasting. Made a base malt wort and then steeped various specialty grains in 1 liter volumes. Went really well.

We are doing 12 seprate single malt mashes and we have folders made with all the grain specs. The idea is to have a good reference for future recipe formulation.
