Brewed another 10 gallons today. Now that I have managed to achieve 10 gallon batches I think I will have TOO MUCH beer!

Below we have 10 gals Irish Red, 10 gals Stout, 5 gals Pale Ale...
I have no more fermenters left. :rockin:

My royal flush beats all :rockin: I have boxes full of beer but who wants to look at brown boxes. Thursday we'll be brewing 2 more batchs to keep the winter brew season going at full speed ahead.

Perhaps I should get some extra buckets to ferment in...

Sad thing I have 2 buckets,3 carboys and 5->soon to be 6 empty kegs.

I decided that this winter we're going to brew 75-80% of our total as allowed by law limit before it gets too hot is the spring-early summer.

Sucks brewing in the Fla. heat, even jumping in-n-out of the pool isn't much relief.

yeah - I definitely want to get some major brewing done this winter. I hate brewing in 100F heat.

I do have 8 kegs but I need to replace some poppet valves. But every time I think about ordering some I am at work and never get around to double checking what version poppets I have.

Ugh, I feel like a schmuck. None fermenting and only 30G on tap.
30G would last me quite a while! LOL
