Popped open my very first bottle of my own AG version of Edwort's Kolsch and was Blown Away. This was the batch I thought would be awful because I boiled off a gallon more than I should have, but wow! My confidence in my ability to brew great beer is sky high. Next time, Saaz in the kettle I instead of Tettnanger.
