5.00 lbs. American 2-row
1.0 lbs. Belgian Pale
0.50 lbs. Belgian Cara-Pils
3.3 lbs. Liquid Extra Light Extract
12 oz. Honey
1.0 oz. Sterling (Pellets, 7.50 %AA) boiled 60 min.
0.50 oz. Saaz (Pellets, 5.00 %AA) boiled 15 min.
0.50 oz. Saaz (Pellets, 5.00 %AA) boiled 5 min.
Yeast : S-33 SafBrew Ale

Partial Mashed grain at 153 for 60 and sparged at 170. I added the LME at 30 instead of at the beginning of the boil. Honey at flameout. Pitched the yeast dry. I'll see how its doing tomorrow...
