Wanted to do a grolsch before it gets too warm. Didn't really have anything exactly for the recipe except yeast.
10 lb 2 row
4 oz victory
1/2 lb carapils
2042 danish lager slurry
.35 0z hallertau 60
.45 northern brewer 60
.40 hallertau 15
.45hallertau 10
.30 mt hood 10

The recipe called for
.75 northern brewer 60
.25 hallertau 15
.50 saaz 5
.50 saaz flame out

Looked at my hop chart and that is as close as I could get with what I have on hands. Hope it turns out good I made 10 gallons and this morning they are really getting it on. Surprised me since they are lagers and I have them at 48 degrees.

You're looking at 0.195 oz of hops total in your recipe (1/5 of an ounce TOTAL). Is that what you mean?

Grainbill looks awesome!

Sorry about that, decimal in the wrong spot. Had company come in while I was making the post and didn't have time to finish it. It was suppose to be 1.95 oz.
