I was given 14lbs of rahr 2row and 6oz of Amarillo. Not sure what to with them yet, I was thinking of toasting some of the 2row and doing a smash of some kind. Any input or recipes would be appreciated.

Try a true SMaSH. Just the 2 row and the Amarillo.

There are online calculators that will help you with amounts and hop addition timing.

Amarillo IPA
14lbs 2-row
6oz Amarillo

Done.

But seriously, I would do a smash with all the 2row.
I would hop with:
1 oz FWH/60min
1oz 15 mins
1oz flameout
3oz 7 day dryhop

Take out two lb of the two row mentioned abovd and sub them for rye malt.
Bliss

If you've already done a SMaSH with 2-row before, then play with home-toasting the grains. Just plan ahead, because the darker/hotter/longer you toast/roast them, the more time you'll want to let the grains sit out, to get rid or unwanted aromatics.
