I was at a brewfest recently where someone was serving an esoteric German beer, which they said they had to lager and used honey, and which was deliciously refreshing.

I recall the name started with a K, and found descriptions of a "kottbusser" online but thought the name was a bit longer than that. Are there any other possibilities that ring a bell for someone?

And if it is a kottbusser - anyone have a good recipe? Hoping to do a fathers-day brew :)
