My beer has been kegged for a week and is still VERY cloudy. Can i add gelatin now?? i have read several posts and know how to add it correctly, just wondering if it will help since the keg is already carbonated.

Thanks,

I'm no chemist, but I wouldn't think that CO2 would inhibit gelatin bonding with the yeast. Even if it doesn't work, it wouldn't hurt it any. I say give it a shot and see what happens.

Also, how much are you drawing in a session? Even after fining, the first pint or two after the sediment has a little haze to it. If the yeast is just doing its own thing, I could see how you might have clear beer at the top of the keg while you're drawing the cloudy stuff off the bottom.
