Just bottled my first two batches. I used gelatin in the secondary and then bottled after 3-5 days.
Should I have added some dried yeast to the bottling bucket to replace any of the yeast that was pulled out by the gelatin? If they still have enough to carb, will it take longer than "usual?" I don't plan on touching either for 3 weeks from bottling and 3 days in the fridge.
