The Champion of the Pint Competition is the Garage Brewers Society's annual homebrew competition. It is a fully sanctioned AHA and BJCP event. This year it will be held on April 23, 2011. We are proud to be a part of the High Plains Brewer of the Year circuit. Entries are due April 15th.

Special Category: Malt Liquor
BJCP does not have a category for malt liquor, therefore all points will be awarded on the following criteria:
Presentation (20): How creative the entry is submitted.
Taste/Aroma/Mouthfeel/Appearance (5 points each): Points will be awarded on the opposite of a bell curve. Really horrible and really good beers will be awarded more points than something "drinkable".
Overall Impression (10): How well the entry captured the vision of the competition.
*Negative points may be awarded for blatant disregard of the competition intent. Choose your entry wisely.
A trophy will be awarded to the winner. Entries are not eligible for BOS or High Plains Circuit points. This is all for fun. Please take all judges responses with a grain of salt.
