I brewed a spit batch of IPA a few months back. One carboy Chico yeast the other pacman. I dry hopped the Chico with galaxy and the pacman Idaho 7.
They were racked to secondary carboy after primary. I dry hopped for 2 weeks then cold crashed for another week then racked to kegs, cleanly I might add.
Both have been kegged and carbed for a two weeks.
For some reason the Chico yeast along with the galaxy is extremely turbid. The Idaho 7 only has a slight haze in comparison.
Has anyone experienced this?
I'm really not into the whole "chewy IPA" bull**** that has emerged as almost a new style in the IPA category.
It taste great but just slightly off putting with so much (cloudiness)?
