Long time lurker - First Time Poster! 
So, I'll start by mentioning that I know it's not apple season and no one is going to have any fresh press right now. However, come Aug-Nov I'd really like to find somewhere where I can get some juice. I have e-mailed a few orchards in upstate SC & around Hendersonville & Chimney Rock, NC but haven't heard anything yet.
So, who's got the juice! 5 gallons, 10 gallons or more. I'd love to know the breakdown of apples that they press so I can get a feel for whether it's sweet, bittersweet, tart and whatnot.
Any help would be appreciated and as always you guys and homebrewtalk ROCKS!
