My first keezer was a typical fridge with the freezer on top. I’m about to get my hands on a fridge that will be used mostly for fermentation, but I want to use the freezer.
I can’t recall if there was a way to keep the freezer running while controlling the temp of the fridge portion. Is there? I vaguely recall keeping the freezer cranked all the way down so it would run as cold as possible when the fridge kicked on via temperature controller.
Is this the only option?
