I dry hopped in the keg 2 days ago and I am now realizing that I forgot to sanitize my hop bag. I did wash it but in my haste forgot to spray it with Starsan. Should I pull the bag out of the keg or let it it ride? It is a reused hop bag.

TIA

I Don't think it will mater now...the damage is already done if it was going to pass on an infection...keep your fingers crossed.

Probably ok since there is already alcohol in the beer to kill any bugs. Most infections happen after the boil but before fermentation.

Not a whole lot of infectious baddies can live in the alcohol rich environment you just tossed them in. You'll be fine.

Thanks for the replys. The calculated ABV is 7.6. I was thinking that would kill most nasties. Thanks for putting my mind at ease.
