Forgot about gallon test batch

I brewed this test batch back in September and the. Forgot about it with other brewing activity and a new baby. Came across it today and it had the air lock had evaporated and had this around the top. Thought if bottle and condition and see what happens (seeing it's only a gallon). Thought I'd see what you guys think.

That ring is normal, you don't have anything to lose by trying it.

Looks like a krausen ring to me. no slimy bubbles or spider webbing on the surface of the beer. Go for it if it tastes OK.

Looks good...this is my infected white Ipa which is actually good...

It has that classic Lacto look to me.
