I recently bought a Boilermaker and took apart my old kettle. All parts are ~2 years old, have been cleaned and well taken care of. All parts were purchased at Bargain Fittings. All prices include shipping to the lower 48. I will follow up this afternoon with pics.

Weldless Thermometer Sight Gauge Kit $20
-Caveat with this is that you may want a new polycarbonate tube since mine has graduations on it that wouldnt work with your pot. But I will ship the old tube with it in case. The tube also show some signs of use.
3" Face Miljoco Thermometer 4" Stem $20
2x 1/2" NPT Stainless Steel 3 piece ball valves $15 each
