Hello from NC
Just getting back into brewing. I did first in the early 90's, made wine in 00's and the played with harder stuff, lol.

Now, I have just built my own bar with 3 taps and want to make one of them for my own home brews.

I tend to like the darker beers- Scotch ales, wee bit heavy, stouts, porters.. but also the sours and barlywines.

So I will do a lot of reading and lurking till it is time to brew and then ask questions when I screw up, LOL!

Hi! Welcome to the obsession and HBT. I'm a lot like you in that I tend to go for maltier/darker beers too. There's lot's of great information and knowledge here. If you have a question, do your due diligence and search. If you still can't find the answer, post the question. You'll get all the help you need, and then some. Ed

I always LIKED the Celtic Ale from the Highland brewing in Ashville, NC.
I can't buy it out here in AZ.
maybe I'll have to look for a clone recipe.
