day 5 of the fermentation, still no flocculation, am i in any kind of trouble?

the other batch i did flocculated a lot; same yeast, different juice. Theres lots of fizz action, and a delicate kreuzen (spelling?). Bubbling along nicely.

does it has to do with pulp content of the juice?

yeah well i forgot to mention that i've added sugars this time around.

so yeah that yeast is in a very different kind of environment this time...

i'm beginning to figure out that there are no two fermentation alike... quite fascinating...
