I have a blonde recipe that I brew.13 lb grain bill, including 1 lb flaked wheat. The first time I brewed this, my LHBS had red flaked wheat. The next time, I used a prepackaged pound of Briess flaked wheat. The first batch came out clear as crystal, but this batch is very cloudy. Processes were the same, any ideas?

Are you referring to cloudiness in the wort or the fermented beer? At the 7% rate you're adding flaked wheat, it can cause a protein haze. With chilling and lagering, that might drop out.

I am 2.5 weeks into fermentation, and my last gravity sample looked like a hefe. I mashed low (148F). Also using 1272, which has cleared up well for me in the past.
