Hi guys,
I am very new to this . I'm starting small with 2 gal of Whole Foods organic cider (in glass jugs).
What I want to do is make a semi-dry hard cider,maybe about 4-5% alcohol. Something easy drinking. 1 gallon sparkling 1 gallon still. Any advice would be appreciated
