Yeast is off of secondary fermentation ; been waiting for 30 minutes with no separation... does this look normal?

yes that looks fine.Lots of people don't wash yeast. You can just swirl all the slurry/yeast cake around in the bucket/carboy and dump it in a mason jar.Throw it in the fridge and your done

Won't the trub give me off flavors in my next batches? I filled 5 mason jars from a 5 gallon batch (BIAB); that can't be all yeast?

I was not aware yeast could be "recycled" in that manner. Thanks for the info and post! I'll probably leave it as is, but I would still like to know, what could explain that I'm not getting a separation of water / yeast / trub, as seen in complete yeast washing techniques? If anyone has insight on this, it would be greatly appreciated!
