Should I have left it at room temperature until fermentation started? The fridge is sitting at 10 degree C and its Wyeast Bohemian.
 
God, no. You want to pitch at or below fermentation temperatures.

The only benefit to pitching warm is that it is more forgiving of underpitching, the most common mistake new lager brewers make.
