First time brewer. About one week into my first batch (amber ale).
Been drinking crafts for about 8 years, and always wanted to brew my own. Just moved out of the parents house, so let the brewing begin.
Came across the site by just googling, trying to find an informative site...and luckily i stumbled across this gem.
Going to start browsing the threads, and see what I can do differntly, where I made mistakes (i already know a few, i read chapter one of How To Brew, brewed, then read all of section one; nothing that bad, but may have some off flavours), how i can improve, and then move start being creative.
