2 batches of AG done so far and more than plenty of extract. Long story short i love large citrusy EAST-coast IPAs and decided to formulate my first recipe. let me know what you guys think.. Going for a nice somewhat chewy big citrusy-tropical smooth bittered IPA...OK OK heres the recipe

1oz Polaris 21% 60 Min
1oz Galena 12.0% 30 Min
.5oz Nelson Sauvin 11.2% 15 Min
1oz Amarillo 9.2% 10 Min
1oz Galaxy 14.9% 5 Min
Dry Hop 5 Days
1oz Amarillo
.5oz Galena
Brew Pal is giving me:
6% ABV
1.063 SG
1.015 FG
111 IBU (not very reachable i would think)

2 questions...
1.I have notty, 04, 05, 06, BRY-97, t-58, s-33 (im a HUGE belgian fan)
what should i pitch? i would think the us-04?
2.Double brewday....havent picked my BDSA hops...any suggestions?
10% sugars 8%rye
Motueka, liberty, wakatu, zythos, cascade....most of my low AA hops. or any of above.
Last thing to master is hop additions and AA% understanding. THERES SO MANY!!!!!
