Well, first home brew of any sort really. I just decided to try AG right off the get go.
I think I missed my OG by a bit as I was looking for 1.06x (as per on line calculator with my grain bill) and got 1.055. Anyway, it is happily bubbling away with a nice 3-4" krausen on its 2nd day in the ferm. All in all things went well....didn't forget any steps (I think!!) and it was a good project for a Saturday!
