Hey everybody - new to the forum, but there seems to be quite a wealth of knowledge so thought I'd see if I can get some suggestions pointers.
I made my first batch about about 6 weeks ago, a brown ale, and it has turned out better than I could have imagined!
Tomorrow I'll be making my 2nd batch, and am thinking about doing a Hefeweizen...any general suggestions or tips to making a great hef? So far I have only bought pre-measured kits from a local brewing supply store, but I'd really prefer to have a more banana-hinted brew as opposed to some clove-heavy batches I've tasted.
Any suggestions are welcome!
