Looks pretty good. A few questions/considerations:

What are the IBUs on this DIPA? I would be throwing more Cascade in those late additions, at least an ounce per pitch. Dial back that Warrior if the IBUs get out of your range.

When are you pitching the Columbus?

Do you plan on dry hopping? Yes.

The grain bill looks fine.

Why the 90 minute boil?

Cut the crystal by half and increase the pale to 15 lbs. add a 45 and 30 min bittering charge, give it one large hit between 15 min and 0 with at least 3 oz then add 5 oz dry hop. bring your ibus up to at least 128

ie something like this

0.75 oz Nugget [13.50 %] - Boil 90.0 min Hop 10 28.4 IBUs
0.50 oz Horizon [10.50 %] - Boil 90.0 min Hop 11 14.7 IBUs
0.50 oz Summit [17.00 %] - Boil 90.0 min Hop 12 23.9 IBUs
1.00 oz Simcoe [13.50 %] - Boil 45.0 min Hop 14 32.5 IBUs
1.00 oz Centennial [8.60 %] - Boil 30.0 min Hop 15 17.3 IBUs
2.50 oz Simcoe [13.50 %] - Steep/Whirlpool 5.0 min Hop 17 8.8 IBUs
1.00 oz Centennial [8.60 %] - Steep/Whirlpool 5.0 min Hop 18 2.2 IBUs
1.00 oz Cascade [6.70 %] - Dry Hop 7.0 Days Hop 20 0.0 IBUs
1.00 oz Centennial [8.60 %] - Dry Hop 7.0 Days Hop 21 0.0 IBUs
1.00 oz Chinook [13.00 %] - Dry Hop 7.0 Days Hop 22 0.0 IBUs

My bad I planned on putting the Columbus in at 60 min.

No real reason for the 90 minute boil I suppose 60 min would be just fine too.

Right now beersmith has me just south of a estimated ABV of 9% and around 95 IBU's. Which turns out to be the balance I am looking for.

I was aiming for a middle of the road DIPA according to the style. 128 IBUs seems towards the top end of the style.

I was thinking of Dry hopping with 1 oz of citra, 1 oz of cascade, and 1 oz of Columbus.
Im trying to use mostly leftover hops from other brews.

3oz for a dry hop on a dipa isn't a lot. Personally, I'd double it

From 3.5 oz of hops to 12.75 oz. This DIPA got damn expensive real fast. :D
