ok here we go folks me first hard cider i used the following

SG was 1.058
5 gallons treetop apple juice
2 cans treetop consintrate
2.5 teaspoons of pectic emzyme
and 1 pack of notty

gonna check gravity ever couple days till it gets to 1.010 or so then add another can of consintrate at bottling and carb for a few days and stove top pasturize this look decent to you guys? from what i was reading here adding any for of sugar adds off flavors why i used the consintrate for a little boost
also let the pectic enzyme sit for 12 hours before pitching anything else you guys can think of i missed or should do?
