Just finished bottling my first batch. I used half regular brown bottles & caps & half easy cap bottles. Is it bad that after I bottled, sealed & shook my easy caps that a little foam was squeezing out of the seal? Ideas, options, concerns?

Hmmmm That doesn't sound very good to me. Were the seals new or were they previously used and hard? Used seals are okay if they are soft and flexible.
Is the foam for sure coming from inside the bottle? If it is you probably have an issue, when the beer starts carbing the gas pressure will escape, can you rebottle them in more brown bottles and caps?
Maybe get new seals tomorrow and reseal the easy caps?
Good luck
