Yay me..
I was worried I did everything wrong...
didn't clean enough..
didn't sanitize enough..
didn't cool the wort fast enough..
cooled it too much..
pitched the yeast to soon, or did I wait too long
fermentation was too slow..(.not very active bubbling in air lock)
forgot to take OG reading (note to self, no vodka while brewing)
FG a bit off..not much..but a bit..
Carbonation didn't seem to be happening..
BUT...
3 weeks in the bottle..just opened it tonight..and damn, this is a good tasting Amber ale with a full head of foam..
whew...yay me
