Hey everyone just brewed last night for the first time a year or so. Really missed it. Just a simple Muntons canned nut brown ale. Moved to Mexico earlier this year so its a PITA to get ingredients. Got my neighbors involved and so far everyone is liking it, its way better brewing with friends than by yourself in your garage. I bought the kit in May and bought a pack of S-04 to go with it. That isnt too long for the yeast to go bad is it? I pitched both the S-04 and no name yeast from the can. I rehydrated for the first time, hope I didnt screw anything up, at first the yeast got clumpy and then dissolved in the water does that sound right? Anyhow thanks for the knowledge and Im back on the wagon
