just drank 3 beers from my first batch they have been in the bottle for a week they are a little under carbed and still a little green but with a 6.1 abv after the second one i didn't even notice the green taste in the third i think i might have a fourth

i'm exited like my beer i have never been a micro brew guy it's kind of shameful but my favorite beer has always been pabst blue ribon the best america had to offer in 1893 maybe it's just because i made it but i realy like it

Try headed to a local Rosauers Grocery store and pick yourself up some Premier Malt Extract. Not sure how similar it is to Pabst Blue Ribbon..... But it's cheap, it's prohibition era beer, and it says Blue ribbon on it! There is a rather long thread about the stuff here...
