a guy gave up brewing (sad) and i ended up with his gear and grain. im thinking i should start with an ale or brown ale or should i just so a stout?
1. i have done about 12 extract kits.
2. all my ingredients are at least a year out of date. i thought "if im going to do my first allgrain, why not make it as difficult as i can"
3. i have no freakin idea how to assemble a recipe:cross:

this is what i got

Hops, 2 x East Kent Goldings, 2 x Saaz. 2 x Galena Alpha, 2 x Tettnang and 5 x 113g of fuggles :rockin: woohoo fuggles is a real word :rockin:

500g x4 body brew
500g x6 dark spray malt
500g x2 light spraymalt
