ok so I recently received someone else beer order addressed to me. I contacted the company and they reissued the order to the Origional customer. so now I have a mess of grain hops and yeast. Id like to put it all together into 1 10 gallon batch. I will list what I got. give it your best shot id like to use as much of it as I could! I also have some odds and ends laying around like lactose caked corn and lactose. plus some grains I can't think of
3 lbs red x malt
1 lbs black malt
2 lbs caramel 60l
2 oz cascade hops
1 oz crystal hops
2 lbs flaked oats
10 pounds pilsner
9 lbs pilsner
2 lbs white wheat

22.3 ibu all at 60
