I am doing my first all grain brew tomorrow!
I am excited to try it out for the first time after watching video after video and reading a lot of info about it.
Also, I am trying out my immersion chiller for the first time as well.

Tomorrow is going to be an awesome day!
Wish me luck!

You will be fine. And even if things go wrong your beer will probably end up okay anyway and probably better than you expect. At least that's what happened to me after my first. At the very least you will learn what to do better on the next batch. Relax. And Good Luck!

RDWHAHB!

I've really enjoyed doing all-grain. I switched gradually after starting with extract/steeping grains, then a couple small partial mashes, then full all-grain BIAB, and eventually got a cooler to convert to a mash tun.

I've enjoyed the beer I've made with every method, but the all-grain with a cooler mash tun just lets you control so much more of the process.

Have fun!
