What I should I brew for my first all grain batch. I want an ale with low to moderately low (20-28) IBUs. I've brewed plenty of amber and IPA (higher IBUs) extract brews and I want a lower IBU this time. I was thinking an American red ale or cream ale. Any suggestions? It will be a 10 gallon batch.

I'm brewing a Lazy Magnolia Southern Pecan Nut Brown Ale clone this weekend. The IBU's are a little lower than you mentioned. Everyone who has tried this beer loves it. Just a suggestion.

An English brown would be good for this if you have access to decent yeast. I always seem to turn there when I'm looking for a nice session beer.
