Did my first all grain batch today:

11 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 1 80.0 %
8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (80.0 SRM) Grain 2 3.6 %
8.0 oz Munich Malt (9.0 SRM) Grain 3 3.6 %
8.0 oz Special B Malt (180.0 SRM) Grain 4 3.6 %
8.0 oz Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM) Grain 5 3.6 %
4.0 oz Caramunich Malt (56.0 SRM) Grain 6 1.8 %
4.0 oz Melanoiden Malt (20.0 SRM) Grain 7 1.8 %
4.0 oz White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) Grain 8 1.8 %
1.00 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker [4.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 9 13.6 IBUs
0.50 oz Tettnang [4.50 %] - Boil 30.0 min Hop 10 5.9 IBUs
0.30 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker [4.00 %] - Boil 15.0 min Hop 11 2.0 IBUs
1.0 pkg Bohemian Lager (Wyeast Labs #2124) [124.21 ml] Yeast 12 -

The mash went well. My manifold worked well. I hit my temperatures as well.
I fly sparged ~4 gallons of water. I ended up with 6 gallons of wort.

Being my first all grain, I realized my turkey cooker could barely get it to boil. The whole 60 minutes was a very weak boil. I only managed to boil off 3/4 gallons.

While I was chilling my wort I didn't realize my garden hose was leaking water into my pot. It added back 1 gallon of water.

My OG was 1.06 - 1.07, but my measured was 1.03.

I have my 1 liter yeast starter still on the stir plate, should I pitch this batch, get a better burner, tighten my chiller connections and try again tomorrow? Will this beer be worth while to spend a month on?

Thanks for your help!

Sounds like my first all grain batch with not knowing my boil off and a leaky connection on a wort chiller.... It will be a weak beer you could just boil till you get to your proper post boil measurement... How much wort do u have now?

Around 6.5 gallons. I suppose I could pour it back in and boil off til 5. I wasn't sure if that would affect my hop utilization or not.

IMO I would re-boil it down to proper gravity and get the extra water out of it and go from there.

Alright I boiled it back down, chilled it last night, and pitched my yeast this morning. We'll see how it goes! Thanks for the help :)
