Hello everyone,
I am brewing my first AG stout, a style I love to drink. A real after work beer, a true sentimental beer for me.
Alas I have no roast barley on hand. So, here is what I put together. Will this be alright? Has anyone else made a good stout WITHOUT roast barley? Any constructive opinions would help. I have read through Ray Daniels book, and tried taking his suggestions for what they were worth.
