Sounds like a good one! I just brewed my 3rd AG yesterday and each one is more fun than the last. Start to finish was about 4 hours which is an hour shorter than I normally experience so I'm definitely getting the process down. Do you mind sharing your recipe? I have a co-worker that wants me to make a peach beer and I have a farm a mile down the road from my house with a you-pick peach orchard that is almost ripe for picking.
