First AG batch, totally worth it!

I have seen a couple of threads asking if all grain is really worth the extra time and effort. Well i just tried my first AG brew, a sweet stout from my own recipe. All I can say is WOW! I may be a little biased, but it is better than any commercial brew i have ever had. I honestly don't know how to improve on this one. I have made an extract sweet stout as well as trying someone else's extract version. This one blows them both out of the water. In other words YES! Going all grain was totally worth it!
