My mead starting to clear up and the yeast and things are settling to the bottom the strange thing is it's only 2 weeks old it's been a steady 73o in the closet were I had it. I don't have a meter to test the alcohol so I don't know what it is or the sugar level. Should I wait and repitch the yeast or go a ahead and rack it?

It could be done
Watch the airlock , if theres no bubbles or it bubbles very slowly (eg 1 every half a minute- a minute) You could rack it
Leaving it for another week or two wont hurt either

Don't judge fermentation by the airlock. It lies.

Just take a gravity reading and see how close to your expected FG you are.

Where can I get my hands on one of these gravity meter checkers. Oh btw I don't live anywhere near a brewing store.
