Had a great day brewing 2nd all grain batch (10gal. RIS) yesterday and hit all my #s. My question is, I had a little wort left after my final sparge (1.030). Can I freeze this and use it for my next starter?
Thanks NAZZ

Yes! Boil it first, to kill any lacto from the grain, then you can freeze it and use it for a starter. I like my starters to be 1.040, so you could even boil it down to 1.040 before freezer if you want to be anal like I am. :p
