Fining Conan with gelatin

Hey all! I'm working with a non hazy pale ale recipe. The grain bill is simple 95% 2 row 5% c40 and hops will be Idaho Gem, Amarillo, Centennial. Have some Conan laying around but I like clear beers lol Would be ok with non clear beer if yeast being in suspension is what really gives the character. Anyone had luck with fining this strain with gelatin and if so did it affect the flavor at all?
