Starting to unpack my brewing gear:

I am planning a modified BIAB type system. Instead of a bag I have a pot that I will cut out the bottom and replace it with perforated stainless. This way if I want to do a sparge will just suspend the inner pot above the main brew kettle and add hot water. I'll try to get some pics of the inner pot soon. Using the dimensions on their web page the bayou classic 62qt pot should have fit perfectly inside my kettle. Unfortunately it can in about 1/2" bigger, so I am in the process of cutting it down.
